Do I Need Access to Weights?

Yes, the program works best when you have access to a gym or the following items at home: (1) Barbell, (2) Bumper plates, (3) Dumbbells, (4) A bench, (5) A rack

What If My Child Has Never Lifted Before?

This program was designed to teach from the ground up. You don't need any prior lifting experience or knowledge

Will The Program Still Be Helpful For Those Who DO Have Lifting Experience?

Yes! Many college athletes I work with have never been fully taught a good amount of the content taught in this program. In addition, the programming will still bring great results even if you know how to perform most of the lifts.
